Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Google and Facebook Ads Specialist with proven experience in server-side tracking (e.g., Conversion API, Server, GA4, etc.) to manage and scale our paid advertising campaigns efficiently.
You’ll be responsible for both the strategy and execution of campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook), while ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity via server-side implementations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Set up and maintain server-side tracking (e.g., Facebook CAPI, Google Tag Manager Server-side, GA4 events)
- Improve conversion tracking accuracy and resolve attribution issues
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and A/B testing
- Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
- Maintain budget efficiency and maximize ROAS
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Deep understanding of server-side tracking tools and protocols:
- Facebook Conversion API (CAPI)
- Google Tag Manager (Web & Server-side)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) event configuration
- Familiarity with pixel/event debugging tools (Facebook Pixel Helper, Google Tag Assistant, etc.).
